These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 75bk platform and all of its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 75bk may request a national identity card or other government-issued documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 75bk account secure. Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else. You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

3.2 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or the funds within it to any other person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be permanently closed.

75bk processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no facility to transact in foreign currencies.

4.5 Ownership of Funds

All funds deposited into your account must be your own and must be sent from your own mobile financial account. Transacting using a third party's account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a 15 (fifteen) times wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or using any fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and terms, which are stated at the time the offer is made. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5.5 VIP Program

75bk's VIP program has three tiers, and regular players can be automatically promoted to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the 75bk platform are governed by the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports market includes popular Bangladeshi sports such as cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as international tournaments. The outcome of all markets will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is affected by a technical issue or server failure, 75bk reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. 75bk's decision on this matter is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bk platform:

7.2 Money Laundering

7.3 Multiple Accounts

A person may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.

• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using bonus arbitrage or hedging strategies to take advantage of bonuses.

8.1 Account Suspension by 75bk

75bk may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If age or identity verification fails.
• If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support and submit a request to close the account. Withdraw any valid funds remaining in your balance before closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

75bk reserves the right to impose an inactivity fee on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more). This fee does not apply if the account remains active.
